Ador Multiproducts Ltd approves issue of 250000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Ador Multiproducts Ltd at its Meeting held on July 18, 2014 has approved the proposal to allot 2,50,000 warrants convertible to equity shares to J B Advani and Company Private Limited.

The share warrants of the face value of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 6.50 shall be convertible in to equity shares of the company not later than 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) regulations.
