Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd allots 1370500 shares

Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has allotted 13,70,500 equity shares to M/s. Eastern Credit Capital Private Limited, Promoter group, by conversion of 13,70,500 warrants, which was issued on preferential basis, at the Board Meeting held on July 18, 2014.

These equity shares allotted by the Company as mentioned above will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.

The Issued Capital of the Company will increase from 2,60,99,440 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 2,74,69,940 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on account of the above allotment.

Shares of RAMKRISHNA FORGINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.210 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 208.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1284 in over 20 trades.
