J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd opens QIP issue

At the QIP Issue Committee meeting of J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd held on July 16, 2014, the Committee in respect of issue of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to QIBs under Qualified Institutional Placement in terms of Chapter Vlll of SEBI (ICDR) regulations has decided to open the issue on July 16, 2014.

The SEBI floor price in respect of the aforesaid Qualified Institutions Placement, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under (Regulation 85 of Chapter Vlll of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations is INR. 309.98 per Equity Share and, the 'Relevant Date' for this purpose, in terms of Regulation 81(c) of Chapter Vlll of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations is July 16, 2014.

Shares of J.KUMAR INFRAPROJECTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.315.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 313.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 107647 in over 922 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 320.4 and intraday low of 312. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33691318.
