The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd in their meeting held on July 10, 2014 has allotted 213,373,416 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the applicants at the Issue Price of Rs. 70.27/- per Equity Shares (including Rs. 68.27/- towards share premium), against receipt of full payment on application, aggregating approx. Rs. 1499.37 Crores from the applicants.
