Amtek India allots 325264 shares on conversion of FCCBs

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Amtek India Ltd in their meeting held July 02, 2014 have allotted 325264 equity shares at Rs. 103.005/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US$ 0.60 million out of FCCB's issue of US$ 70 million.

The Committee further allotted 97537 equity shares at Rs. 103.005/- per share upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 0.20 Million out of FCCB's issue of US $ 130 million.

Shares of AMTEK INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.100.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 102.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 151988 in over 1260 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 105 and intraday low of 99.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15508853.
