Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd approves issue of 1820000 shares through ESOS

Subject to the approval of the Shareholders in a General Meeting, the Board of Directors of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd at its Meeting held on June 16, 2014 has approved the issue of up to 18,20,000 (Eighteen Lacs Twenty Thousand Only) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each i.e. not exceeding 1% per cent of the issued and subscribed Share Capital of the Company as on March 31, 2014 to Eligible Employees who are either Executive Directors and/or Employees of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999. The Board has also authorized the Compensation Committee of the Board to administer and implement proposed ESOP Scheme of the Company and matters relating thereto in terms of the Scheme approved by the Board.

Shares of TEXMACO RAIL & ENGINEERING LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.111.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 106.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76860 in over 1564 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 113 and intraday low of 107.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8546273.
