JBF Industries to allot warrants to Vaidic Resources Pvt Ltd

JBF Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, has approved the offer of 52,00,000 convertible warrants to M/s. Vaidic Resources Pvt Ltd., a Company owned and controlled by promoters, on preferential basis and decided to call Extra Ordinary General Meeting to obtain consent of members for the said offer.
