GMR Energy files DRHP with SEBI for IPO

The Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) has been filed on March 28, 2014 by GMR Energy Limited, a subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure Ltd, with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Shares of GMR INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.21.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 812365 in over 1873 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 22.9 and intraday low of 21.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18002705.
