IOL Broadband Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company through a circular resolution passed on June 11, 2007, has pursuant to conversion of 8 Lacs warrants held by Rose Pink Trading Pvt Ltd approved the allotment of equal no of equity shares of the Company.
