Span Diagnostics Board to consider allomtent of warrants

Span Diagnostics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2007, to consider the allotment of 1,49,900 Convertible Share Warrants to be converted into shares at the price not less than Rs 47.88 per share to promoters on preferential basis.
