Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd reappoints P R Rathi as MD

The Board of Directors of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd at its meeting held on February 07, 2014, have approved the re-appointment of Mr. P. R. Rathi, Vice Chairman and Managing Director as Managing Director for a further period of five years w.e.f. April 01, 2014 and to revise his remuneration.

The Board approved proposal to revise the remuneration of Mr. R. B. Rathi, Executive Director w.e.f. April 01, 2014.

The above shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at their ensuing General Meeting.

Shares of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.402.05, down by Rs.7.95 or 1.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.410 and intraday low of Rs.402.
