Atlas Jewellery India Ltd approves allotment of 46449333 shares at Rs. 14

The Board of Directors of Atlas Jewellery India Ltd (Formerly Gee El Woollens Ltd) at its meeting held on January 15, 2014 have approved the allotment of 46449333 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 14 per share (including premium of Rs. 4 per share) to the allottees after receiving all the necessary approvals.

The allottees include Al Mareija Precious Metal and Bullions (FZE) - 10312670 shares, Al Juraina Precious Metals & Bullions (FZE) - 11837178 shares, Mankool General Trading (FZE) - 12110748 shares and Al Layyah General Trading (FZE) - 12188737 shares.

Earlier, the shareholders of the company have approved the proposal through postal ballot.

Shares of Atlas Jewellery India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.11.50, down by Rs.0.50 or 4.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.50 and intraday low of Rs.11.50.

The total traded quantity was 100 shares as compared to 2 week average of 150 shares.
