Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd to issue 6 lakh warrants at Rs. 31.20

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on January 15, 2014, have considered and approved the issue of 6,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants, at a price of Rs. 31.20/- (comprising nominal value Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 21.20/- per fully convertible warrants) to Promoters and Others, subject to approval of Members in General Meeting.

The Board approved proposal to hold an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company on February 12, 2014, at Best Western Jubilee Ridge, Plot.No.38 & 39, Kavuri hills, Road.No.36, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad - 500033.

Shares of Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.30.60, down by Rs.1.45 or 4.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33 and intraday low of Rs.30.45.
