Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd to announce Q3 results on Jan 21, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd will be held on January 21, 2014, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013.

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited-Employee Share Dealing Code (Code), the Trading Window is closed from December 30, 2013 till the close of business hours on January 22, 2014, for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.

Shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.701.65, down by Rs.7.25 or 1.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.714.80 and intraday low of Rs.700.40.
