Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd Board Meeting on Jan 11, 2013 to consider preferential issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd will be held on January 11, 2014, to consider the matter of allotment of share warrants by way of preferential allotment to Promoters/ Non promoters/ Strategic investors pursuant to Section 81(1 A) of the Companies Act 1956.

The Board will approve the draft of Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for the aforesaid purpose and to determine date, time, venue of the Meeting.

The Board will also approve proposal to change the financial year of the Company from July-June to April-March.

Shares of Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.16.50, up by Rs.0.20 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.50 and intraday low of Rs.16.39.
