Restile Ceramics Ltd to approve merger with Bell Granito Ceramica Limited

In continuation to Board Authorization at meeting of Board of Directors of Restile Ceramics Ltd held on August 13, 2012, in order to make the company's Business viable management draw plans to Merge the Company with one of the Promoter Group Company i.e. Bell Granito CeramicA Limited and submit the Modified Draft Rehabilitation Scheme to BIFR through monitoring Agency.
In order to consider the Modified draft Rehabilitation Scheme for the proposed merger and to approve the draft Notice of Extra Ordinary General meeting of the members a meeting of board of Directors of the company is being convened on January 09, 2014 at 11.00 AM at No.67, Gandhi Nagar, 1st Main Road, Flat 2B, Deva Daya Apartments, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020.
