K Sera Sera to raise US$50 million for expansion plans

The Board of Directors of K Sera Sera Productions Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has discussed about raising funds for expansion plan.

The Board discussed and approved the expansion plan of the Company. In order to meet the expansion plans the board discussed various avenues available for raising funds up to US $ 50 Million and subsequently passed an enabling resolution for the aforesaid programme, the same being subject to approval of Members of the Company and statutory authorities.

The Board also proposed to increase the Authorised capital of the Company subject to members approval from current Rs 50 Crores to Rs 100 Crores.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20, up by Rs.0.80 or 4.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20 and low of Rs.19.10. The total traded quantity was 79257 compared to 2 week average of 147215.
