Indswift approves allotment of 4168571 shares at Rs. 17.50

The sub committee of the Board of Directors of Ind-Swift Ltd in its meeting held on January 03, 2014 has approved the allotment of 4168571 equity Shares at a price of Rs. 17.50 per share (including premium of Rs. 15.50 per share) to Promoters & Promoters group on preferential basis as per the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual general meeting held on September 30, 2013.

Shares of Ind-Swift Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.8.10, up by Rs.0.10 or 1.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.40 and intraday low of Rs.7.61.

The total traded quantity was 0.21 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 0.13 lakh shares.
