Indowind Energy cancels FCCB

Indowind Energy Ltd has honoured FCCB amounting to USD 6.5 Mn. and cancelled the same.

With this the total cancelled FCCB amounts to USD 15 Mn (50% of original issue size of USD 30 Mn).

Shares of Indowind Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.3.45, down by Rs.0.06 or 1.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.53 and low of Rs.3.41.

The total traded quantity was 0.27 lakhs as compared to 2 week average of 0.44 lakhs.
