Nakoda Textile Board to consider preferential issue

Nakoda Textile Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2007, to consider preferential issue of Share Warrants / FCD's to promoters and persons other than promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.17, up by Rs.0.35 or 2.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.20 and low of Rs.16.55. The total traded quantity was 29200 compared to 2 week average of 9249.
