JM Financial AGM approves 25% dividend

JM Financial Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 07, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of 25% (Rs 2.5 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2006.
