Tata Global Beverages Ltd raises Rs. 325 crore

Tata Global Beverages Ltd has raised a sum of Rs. 325 crores by the issue of 3% Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCD) by way of private placement. The said NCDs will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The NCDs are redeemable after a period of three years with redemption premium.

Shares of Tata Global Beverages Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.163.80, down by Rs.1.35 or 0.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.168.40 and low of Rs.163.30.

The total traded quantity was 5.38 lakhs as compared to 2 week average of 3.73 lakhs.
