Shantanu Sheorey Aquakult Ltd to consider increasing preferential issue

The Board Meeting of Shantanu Sheorey Aquakult Ltd held on October 18, 2013 has decided to make the Preferential Issue of 6500000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- Each and for which the date was decided to call for the EGM on November 18, 2013.

Due To Over Whelming Response and interest from the Investors for more subscription, The Board Meeting will be held on October 29, 2013, to consider their proposal & to discuss about the Increase the Issue Size of the preferential allotment of equity shares, and to fix the New Date for the EGM.
