Aricent Infra Ltd to raise funds for ongoing and upcoming projects

The Board of Directors of Aricent Infra Ltd at its meeting held on October 23, 2013, has discussed and decided the matter of raising funds by way of one or various funding avenues was discussed by the Board Members and it was decided to approach various Financial Institutions for funding of Company's various ongoing and upcoming projects and to look for favourable mode of funding either by way of Loan funding or equity funding and the Directors were authorised to initiate talks with various financial institutions in this regard.

Shares of Aricent Infra Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.80, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.81 and low of Rs.79.40.

The total traded quantity was 1.74 lakhs as compared to 2 week average of 1.99 lakhs.
