On October 22, 2013, Committee of Board of Directors of Jyoti Structures Ltd has allotted 270 Secured Listed Fully Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs) aggregating to Rs. 27,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Seven Crores), on private placement.

Shares of Jyoti Structures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.25.30, up by Rs.1.20 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.20 and low of Rs.24.
