Cipla AGM approves 100% dividend

Cipla Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 05, 2006, inter alia, have approve the declaration of Dividend @ 100% on Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2006.
