Persistent Systems gets ISO 13485:2003 Certification

Persistent Systems Ltd. (BSE & NSE: PERSISTENT) has been successfully certified according to ISO13485:2003, the international standard for quality management systems for medical devices. The certification bestows official recognition on the company for its quality management system governing software product design, development, testing, enhancement and support for Medical Device Software.

Persistent Systems was awarded certification by DNV, one of the world's leading certification bodies/registrars offering the latest in management systems certification services.

"This certification sets the stage for Persistent Systems to expand its Medical Device Software and related service offerings."

Shares of Persistent Systems Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.683.95, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.698 and low of Rs.679.

The total traded quantity was 5195 compared to 2 week average of 0.18 lakhs.
