Tata Life Sciences and Technology Fund declares 40% dividend

Tata Life Sciences and Technology Fund has announced about the proposed declaration of 40% dividend under Dividend Option (Rs. 3/- per unit on the face value of Rs. 10/-). The record date for the purpose of dividend has been fixed as 25th May 2007, as approved by the Trustees of Tata Mutual Fund.

The NAV (Rs.) of Dividend Option as on 18th May, 2007 was Rs.37.5275.

Pursuant to the payment of dividend, the NAV of the scheme would fall to the extent of the payout and statutory levy (if applicable) All unitholders holding units under the Dividend Option of the scheme on the record date shall be eligible for dividend.

The above dividend (i.e. net of dividend distribution tax and other statutory levy) will be subject to the availability of distributable surplus on record date.
