Kamdhenu Ispat allots 22,00,000 convertible warrants

Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 22,00,000 convertible warrant convertible into equal number of Equity Shares on Preferential basis as envisaged in the special resolution passed by the Members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 14, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.31, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.48%. The total traded quantity was 10980 compared to 2 week average of 16842. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.32 and low of Rs.30.50.
