Celebrity Fashions Ltd allots equity shares, preference shares to SBI

The Board of Directors of Celebrity Fashions Ltd at its meeting held on September 24, 2013, have allotted 74,69,100 (Seventy four lakhs sixty nine thousand one hundred only) Equity Shares of Face Value Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 to State Bank of India (the Bank).

Further the Board also allotted 2,51,04,500 (Two crores fifty one lakhs four thousand five hundred only) 1% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to State Bank of India (the Bank).

The above allotments are pursuant to conversion of part amount of loans outstanding with the Bank and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Re-structuring Package sanctioned to the Company.

Shares of Celebrity Fashions Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.4.15, up by Rs.0.19 or 4.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.15 and low of Rs.4.15.

The total traded quantity was 1000 compared to 2 week average of 1299.
