Swan Energy allots 1,55,90,000 shares

The Board of Directors of Swan Energy Ltd at its meeting held on September 19, 2013, has allotted 1,55,90,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at price of Rs. 150/- per share (including premium of Rs. 148) per share on preferential basis to Promoters and Non Promoters on account of conversion of their advances in the Company, as approved by the members of the Company through postal ballot process, result of which was declared on September 12, 2013.

Shares of Swan Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.100.35, down by Rs.0.75 or 0.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.102.45 and intraday low of Rs.99.45.

The total traded quantity was 2.23 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.27 lakhs.
