Jyoti Structures approves issue of NCDs

The Board of Directors of Jyoti Structures Ltd at its meeting held on September 06, 2013, has approved issue of Fully Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs.40 crores, on private placement basis.

Shares of Jyoti Structures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.17.90, up by Rs.0.25 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.20 and low of Rs.17.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.27 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.32 lakhs.
