Gemini Communication Updates on allotment of shares

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 03, 2007 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that the Board resolution dated April 27, 2007, the Company had wrongly stated that conversion of allotment of equity shares of "Rs 5/- each at a premium of Rs 172.50/-" instead of "Rs 5/- at a premium of Rs 167.50/-".
