Advik Laboratories Ltd approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Advik Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on August 19, 2013, has considered and approved the proposal of Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares and Fully Convertible Warrants to the persons belonging to Promoter and Non-Promoter category, subject to the receipt of shareholders' approval in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board also approved the proposal on Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company.

Shares of Advik Laboratories Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2.69.
