Alps Industries EGM to approve issue of warrants, shares

Alps Industries Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on June 08, 2007, to issue upto 20,00,000 Equity Shares and upto 40,00,000 Zero Coupon Warrants Convertible into Equity Shares on Preferential Basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.47, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.05 and low of Rs.46. The total traded quantity was 5548 compared to 2 week average of 37355.
