Cerebra Integrated Board to consider US$10 million GDR Issue

Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, to consider the following:

1. To go in for a GDR Issue of 10 Million Dollars.

2. The Company to decide on the acquisition route to get a foothold into the ITES / BPO business and is on the lookout for Companies in ITES / BPO sector whose size is about 7.5 Million to 10 Million Dollars.

3. To review the business and look at the future business plan for the next quarter.
