Gontermann Peipers Board recommends 10% dividend

Gontermann Peipers India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended equity dividend of 10% for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to necessary approvals.

2. Recommended payment of preference dividend on the Cumulative Preference Shares (COCRPS) for the period 2002-03 to 2006-07.
