Pidilite Industries Board recommends 150% dividend

Pidilite Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend at 150% on Equity Shares. The dividend will be tax free in the hands of Shareholders. This Dividend is payable on 252400000 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each (Previous year @ 125% on 252400000 Equity Shares).
