JJ Exporters Board to recommend final dividend

JJ Exporters Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 31, 2007, to transact the following businesses: -

1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results, Directors Report and Report on Corporate Governance for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend final dividend, if any, on Equity Shares.
