Vardhman Polytex equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that, pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on June 09, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Amkryon International Pvt Ltd with the Company.
