Setco Automotive Board recommends final dividend

Setco Automotive Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has transacted and approved the following item of business:

1. Recommended final dividend @ 10% and Silver Jubilee dividend @ 5% on equity shares subject to approval by members at the Annual General Meeting.

2. Approval of disinvestment in wholly owned subsidiary in favour of other subsidiary.

3. Decided to set up a new press shop at Kalol (PMS) Gujarat and an assembly line project at Uttatanchal for enhancing capacities.
