ITD Cementation Board approves Rights Issue of Equity Shares

ITD Cementation India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2007 has decided to issue further equity shares by way of rights, upto a maximum value of Rs 250.00 Crores. The above value will be inclusive of premium to be decided by the Directors at a later stage.

The stock was trading at Rs.505, up by Rs.7.95 or 1.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.517.75 and low of Rs.498. The total traded quantity was 3842 compared to 2 week average of 3915.
