Century Real Estate launches Century Artizan

Century Real Estate has launched their latest project, Century Artizan, a premium gated community infused with art and sculptures. This project, consisting of all large plots of 4000 sqft each, is coming up in North Bangalore, just off Bellary Road and in close proximity to the fast growing Hebbal area.

Century Artizan is part of the mammoth 148 acre mega township project that the company is proposing to develop. Century Artizan has world class amenities and landscaping that combine the functional with the aesthetic- water bodies with artworks, gardens that entwine themselves around sculptures, and even a cafe which pays tribute to a minimalist art form.

The foundation stone for the project was laid by Mr.Gurudas Shenoy, renowned artist and Curator, M.F.Husain Sankalana Bangalore. Speaking at the launch, Dr.Dayananda Pai, Founder - Century Group said, "This project will be a game changer of sorts, as far as gated communities in the country are concerned. The project will be dotted with art and sculptures from internationally acclaimed artists and is specially designed for those who want to live their lives in an aesthetic ambience. We have already received a tremendous response to the project." It is for the first time in India that a developer has launched a project based on an art theme.

The project which is situated just 19 kilometers away from the Bangalore International Airport will also have a grand clubhouse with amenities like basketball court, skating rink, tennis courts, cricket nets, party lawn, sculpture garden and tranquility park interconnected by a cobblestone walkway. The total project cost comes to Rs.850 crores.
