Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone allots 66,657,520 shares at Rs. 150

The Meeting of Finance Committee of Board of Directors of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd held on June 07, 2013, has by a resolution dated June 07, 2013 has allotted 66,657,520 Equity Shares to successful applicants at an issue price of Rs. 150/- per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 9998.63 millions, under the Institutional Placement Programme in terms of Chapter VIII-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended.

Shares of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.152, down by Rs.0.65 or 0.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153.85 and low of Rs.149.85.
