Gulf Oil Corporation Board to recommend dividend

Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend Dividend, if any, for the year 2006-07.
