Kalanithi Maran announces Offer for Sale of Shares in Sun TV Network

Kalanithi Maran (the "Seller"), the promoter of Sun TV Network Ltd ("Company") has announced Offer for Sale an aggregate of 7,881,700 (Seven Million Eight Hundred Eighty One Thousand and Seven Hundred) equity shares of Rs. 5 (Rupees Five only) each ("Sale Shares") representing 2.00% of the equity share capital of the Company, exclusively through the Seller's brokers on the separate window provided by the NSE Ltd & BSE Ltd (the "Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.

The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on May 29, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").

Shares of Sun TV Network Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.417.20, up by Rs.6.25 or 1.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.420.40 and low of Rs.405.35.

The total traded quantity was 0.39 lakhs compared to two week average of 0.82 lakhs.
