Nelcast Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 for 2012-13

The Board of Directors of Nelcast Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2013, have recommended a final dividend of 25% i.e. Rs. 0.50 per share of Rs. 2/- paid-up for the financial year 2012-13 subject to the approval of shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 01, 2013.

Shares of Nelcast Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.17.50, up by Rs.0.45 or 2.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.05 and low of Rs.16.40.

The total traded quantity was 4932 compared to two week average of 3573.
