Ambalal Sarabhai divests 50% stake in Sarabhai Zydus Animal Health Ltd

Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Company has divested its 50% shareholding i.e. 2,70,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up, held in Sarabhai Zydus Animal Health Ltd, to its other 50% joint venture partner Cadila Healthcare Ltd.

The stock was trading at Rs.15.78, up by Rs.1.43 or 9.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.78 and low of Rs.15.78. The total traded quantity was 65253 compared to 2 week average of 43078.
