Oracle Global (Mauritius) Ltd (the "Seller"), promoter of Oracle Financial Services Ltd (the "Company), has announced the floor price for the Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoter in terms of the SEBI Circulars.

The floor price is fixed as Rs. 2,275 (Two Thousand two hundred and seventy five) per equity share for the Company (the "Floor Price")

Shares of Oracle Financial Services Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.2420.15, down by Rs.17.90 or 0.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2436 and low of Rs.2386.50.
