IP Rings Board to recommend dividend

IP Rings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2007, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended on March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-2007.
